To use our private conference call line, please follow these steps:

1.  Dial 480-422-8377

2.  PIN # is 123

Follow the Conference Call Instructions provided by your Conference Call Organizer.

Speaker Phone

If you would like the call on speaker, press button on phone that looks like a speaker.

1. Turn TV on (using LG remote)

2. Press the "HOME" button

3. Using the LG remote or

keyboard, move curser over and select the "Source Icon" located in the upper right hand corner of screen.

4. Select "HDMI4"

1. Turn TV on (using LG remote)

2. Press the "HOME" button

3. Using the LG remote or keyboard, move curser over and select the "Source Icon" located in the upper right hand corner of screen.

3. Select "HDMI4"

4. Using your Apple Device

a) Select "Airplay"

b) Select "ESA-CR1 Apple TV"

c) Select "Mirroring"

PC Users:

  • Select "Settings"

  • Select "Devices"

  • Select "Add Device"

  • Select "ESA (Agave) TV"

 

Open Screen Share app on TV

(HOME Button - scroll to right until you find "Screen Share" )

To Ensure the Wi-Fi is connected:

  1. Click on the Gear icon (settins) in the top right corner of the screen

  2. Advanced Setting (which is 3 vertical dots)

  3. Network

  4. Wi-Fi Connection (to make sure both devices are connected to the same network)

Android Phone/Tablets

1. Select "Settings"

2. Select "More Networks"

3. Select "Screen Morroring"

4. Find "Agave/ESA TV"

5. Select "Connect"

iPhone/iPad

1. Swipe up from the bottom of your

screen to open Control Center.

2. In Control Center, tap AirPlay Mirroring,

then select your Apple TV from the list.

3. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your

TV screen, enter the passcode from your iOS device.

Skype

  1. Turn TV on (using LG remote)

  2. Press the HOME button

  3. Using the LG remote or keyboard, move curser over and select the "Source Icon" located in the upper right hand corner of screen.

  4. "Log In" using your Skype info
